Senior Saturday Afternoon Competition
The singles competition consists of four-six men or four-six ladies playing doubles and singles (9 game sets). The doubles competition consists of four-six men or four-six ladies (2 * 9, and 4 * 6 games sets). This season we have 5 divisions of ladies and 8 divisions of men in the singles competition, mens doubles have 4 divisions and the ladies 1 division. Clubs nominate teams and play on a home and away basis.
NETA runs a Summer Saturday senior competition from 1st Saturday after October long weekend to finish usually before Easter each year with a break from Christmas to end of January. During the Winter season Tennis SA runs the Saturday senior competition.
Senior Match Rules
Night Tennis
Night Tennis competition is played at the Association court complex, Ashley Avenue, Ridgehaven on Tuesday nights beginning at 7pm to approximately 10. 30pm. Teams consist of two men and two ladies, ladies doubles and mens doubles are played then two mixed doubles. Team fee each week $24 ($6 per player) covers the cost of new tennis balls, court and light hire and the organised competition.

Night tennis is also played at Prospect, Pooraka, Broadview, Collingrove and other venues in the same area.
Mid Week Ladies Doubles Competition
Consists of 4 players, doubles only. Clubs nominate teams and play on a home and away basis. Two competitions are run each year from July to December and February to June on Wednesday mornings 9.30am to 11am.
